The best halloween costume i ever saw was My old princable MR.Barnes dress up as a girl. It was halarious he had on a dress and flat ballet shoes. a wig that had pigtales he even had makeup on.

The worst Halloween costume i ever saw was this girl dressed up as a gorila she didnt have the head so you had no idea what she was in my opion it was the worst costume they at leat could have bought a head for the costume that is why i think it is the worst costume
